Always take care of your body nutrient

 Nutrition- nutrition is the process where from our body get energy ,make and maintain our tissues and become our body system  active.We get nutrition from various kind of food. If we take good nutrition our body system work properly if we take poor nutrition our body process become sick day by day.In order to grow and develop our body system we need six essential nutrient .Without this essential nutrient our body balance will be out of order .our body system do not work properly.
This element are-
1-Carbohydrates
2-proteins
3-Lipids
4-water
5-Vitamin and
6-Mineral

1-Carbohydrates-Carboohydrates is called energy supplied food. Its one of the big source of energy .We get so much energy from this kind of food .Energy means we get huge amount of glucose from such this food.Its supply our body energy .Without this energy our brain do not get proper glucose as a result our body function will not work properly.Glucose is essential element of our body .Its gives our body so much strong.Its supply glucose to the body's cells and muscles and body function become mere active.If we want to loss our weight we should count our calories .Means how much glucose needs our body.We must be careful about our diet. i have already told you about diet.We get carbohydrates from-Rice,potato,soda,pasta,beverage.

2-Protiens-Protiens is one of the essential element of our body.Its called body building food.Its make our muscle ,tissue.Its help to grow our body muscle and tissu.Its help to growth period of   childhood,young age,pregnancy.Protien mens amino acids which our body can not produce in our body.So we take protein from various kinds of food.Without protein our body cell will not grow properly. Our  body growth will be stoped.We get protein from- meat,fish,beans.Taking much protiens also bad for our health.If we want to reduce our weight we should take proteins by measured.

3-Lipids-Lipid are also one of the macronutrients for our body.Lipids means fat ,it protect our body organ and keep safety to damage our body cell.Its also help to our metabolic process.We get fat from-plant oils, nuts, nut butters, fish, olives and avocados.We should always check our bodies fat level.If we want to reduce our weight we should considers how amount of fat our bodies need. We should maintain a balance diet.

4-Water-Water is one of the most essential element of our body.Because our body tissue all activity are performed by water.Our body cell contains 65% of water.Without water all the activity of our body will be stopped.Its active all our body parts.Its save our kidney,reduce our fat and all the bad element are excreation from  our body.We should drink 3-4 liter water per day.If want to reduce our weight and improve our all body process we drink pure adequate water.We should not take vitamin without nothing .If you want to reduce your weight you should considered yourself and need a doctor who help you to which vitamin is necessary for your body.

5-Vitamin-Vitamins plays a vital role in our body.Its gives our bone strength,help to wound healing.There are two kinds are vitamin 1-water soluble and fat soluble.Vitamin B and C are water soluble vitamin .This means its excretion by our urine and need to fill up again from dietary source.Fat soluble vitamins are A,D,E and K which stored in our liver and tissue.We should take some vitamins if this kinds of vitamin needs our body.Our doctor will decided which vitamin needs our body. 

6-Mineral-Mineral also one of the essential element of our body.To keep well we need this kind of mineral.Mineral contains calcium, potassium, sodium, chloride, magnesium, phosphorus and sulfur.This kind of mineral need our body so much on the other hand minerals, like selenium, zinc, copper, manganese, iron, cobalt, iodine and fluoride need our body little.
There are some sign of good and bad nutrition.If it will show in someone we may be considered he/she suffer from poor nutrition.
The sign of of good nutrition are-
1-Body weight will be good .Means your BMI (body mass index)will be in good range.Your body weight and height will built in balance way.
2-Your body skin will smooth no rough will shown in your body.
3-Your hair will shiny.
4-Your cholesterol level in a limit range.
5-Your blood pressure will normal.
6-Your eye vision will clear.
7-You do not have insomnia.
8-Your excretion system will in proper way.
9-Your bone will be strong.
10-Your body muscle will be strong.

The sign of poor nutrition are-
1-weight will increase suddenly.
2-You will suffer mental stress.
3-You will suffer from insomnia diseases.
4-Your skin will rough no smooth your skin.
5-You will loss your appetite
6-You will suffer from frequent illness.
7-Your blood pressure will high.
8-Your excretion system will not work properly.
9-Your body muscle will weak.
10-Your face will pale .No glamorous will be shown in your face.



After all we can say that without this six essential element our body activity will decrease. On the other hand if we need to reduce our weight we should take this in a balance way.This means we should take balance diet.
