2-High blood pressure-High blood pressure is one of the diseases of heart .When our pressure become high we fell heavy headache,chest pain,short breathing,heartbeat increase,vision gets unclear.The normal heart beat of our body in a healthy person is 120/80hp.Its vary from age to age .However when our blood pressure become high our heartbeat become increase. As a result our heart attacked for high blood pressure.

1- Poor diet- Balance diet is so important to keep healthy of our body.We should take a balance diet .Which diet is best for us i have already told it.Poor diet means a huge amount of calories but it has less value of our body.Poor diet means eating fast food, drink soda, alcohol. chips, burger etc.Which is always harmful for our body.So be careful of your diet.

2-Physical inactivity-Physical exercise is so important for our body.i told about this topics.Regular exercise makes our muscle strong. Its also improve our power of  digestion. Its helps to perform our blood  circulation .Its gave strength to our brain.If we do some regular exercise no diseases can touch us.Physical inactivity means inactive if our body limbs.Our body is looks like a machine .If a machine do not work it become goes out of order our body is also same. If our body do not  active its also goes out of order .means all kinds of diseases will be live in our body .If our body do not use energy properly and its stored our body .As result our blood vessels become blocked and our heart attacked.
4-Tobacco and alcohol-Do not drink alcohol.alcohol is always injurious to our health.we should never drink alcohol.Drinking alcohol is damage our whole body system. Its spoil our liver, increase mental stress, brain do not work properly,its spoil our muscle system,bone, teeth, hypertension, heart diseases . Alcohol is one kind of toxin. Our digestive system do not digest this kind of drink so its store in our body as a fat .As a result its increase our weight.So always avoid drink alcohol if you want to loss your weight.
5-Obesity-Obesity is one of the main cause of heart attacked.So Always try to active your body and loss your weight if your body become fat.
6-Keep away mental stress-mental stress is also cause of heart attacked. So always keep away your mental stress.

If we take good nutrition our body system work properly if we take poor nutrition our body process become sick day by day.In order to grow and develop our body system we need six essential nutrient .Without this essential nutrient our body balance will be out of order .our body system do not work properly.

Its one of the big source of energy .We get so much energy from this kind of food .Energy means we get huge amount of glucose from such this food.Its supply our body energy .Without this energy our brain do not get proper glucose as a result our body function will not work properly.Glucose is essential element of our body .Its gives our body so much strong.Its supply glucose to the body's cells and muscles and body function become mere active.If we want to loss our weight we should count our calories .Means how much glucose needs our body.We must be careful about our diet. i have already told you about diet.We get carbohydrates from-Rice,potato,soda,pasta,beverage.

2-Protiens-Protiens is one of the essential element of our body.Its called body building food.Its make our muscle ,tissue.Its help to grow our body muscle and tissu.Its help to growth period of   childhood,young age,pregnancy.Protien mens amino acids which our body can not produce in our body.So we take protein from various kinds of food.Without protein our body cell will not grow properly. Our  body growth will be stoped.We get protein from- meat,fish,beans.Taking much protiens also bad for our health.If we want to reduce our weight we should take proteins by measured.

3-Lipids-Lipid are also one of the macronutrients for our body.Lipids means fat ,it protect our body organ and keep safety to damage our body cell.Its also help to our metabolic process.We get fat from-plant oils, nuts, nut butters, fish, olives and avocados.We should always check our bodies fat level.If we want to reduce our weight we should considers how amount of fat our bodies need. We should maintain a balance diet.

Eating fast food-Fast food means junk food .always avoid junk food .which is food always junk i already told you .junk food contains a lot of animal fat or sugar .Junk foods are trash food to the health because they are high in calorie, fat, cholesterol, sugar and salt components.Junk food contain animal fat which make a man fat. its contain high sugar which damage our teeth and skin. Junk food has a less health value .So we should always avoid junk food.

Sleep disorder-Sleep is most important of our body.Its active our body energy.When we lost our energy after doing work all day long we become tired .we lost our energy .But when we sleep our body become fit again and perform our daily work easily .Its also keep away our stress ,Hypertention, improve our body system. When we do not sleep properly our digestive function become decrease  .As a food do not digest easily and its become stored our body.So our body become fat .

Mental stress shows as a risk factor for high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, and cancer . The association between stress and long-term weight gain is less clear. Stress may  changes in dietary behaviors that lead to weight change .When you fell depression  you can lead to overeating and weight gain.So always free from mental stress.
